Refund policy

CRCST refund policy

If you buy the CRCST simulator, complete two full-length 150-item timed simulations before your exam, each scored at or above 80%, sit the exam within 90 days of purchase, and do not pass on that attempt, we refund your purchase in full. To claim, open Account → Refund claim within 30 days of your result, tell us the exam date and outcome, and upload your result notice with any personal details other than your name and the result covered. We confirm within 5 business days. Whether or not you claim, your access is extended free for as long as you need it. Separately, any purchase can be refunded for any reason within 30 days if you have not completed more than one full-length timed simulation.

This is a refund policy with the conditions stated above. It is not a promise that you will pass; no honest practice product can make that promise.

Refunds for learners who never scheduled the exam are not available. The fail must occur within the window stated for each exam. Fee reimbursements, where listed, are paid by a separate manual payout and logged on your account.
