What we collect. Your email address, your answers and timing in practice sessions, the exam date and settings you enter, and product analytics events with your IP address anonymized.

Who processes it. PostHog (product analytics), Resend (email), Stripe (payments and sales tax), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage) and Sentry (error monitoring). We never sell your data.

Uploads. Result notices you upload for a refund claim are stored privately and deleted after 30 days. Tutor conversations are kept for 90 days for quality review.

Your rights. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and EU visitors (GDPR) can ask for a copy of their data or its deletion at any time by emailing support@firsttryacademy.com; we answer within 30 days. Marketing email is sent only to addresses that opted in, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.
